Built by the people who had to run the pipelines.
DataByte is a product of VisionWaves, a data and AI engineering firm that has shipped production workloads across industries. We built DataByte because we were tired of stitching eight tools together before lunch.
From an engineering backlog to a platform.
VisionWaves started as an implementation team. The pattern repeated, governance bolted on last, lineage reconstructed by hand, ML models deployed through scripts. The cleanup was always more expensive than the build. So we built the platform we kept wishing existed. DataByte is that platform, hardened by the deployments that shaped it.
- Shipping, not selling. Our sales engineers are engineers first. Demos are working sessions with real data and real questions.
- Fit first. If DataByte isn't the right answer for your situation, we'll say so early.
- Long relationships. We aim for customers who stay with the platform for years, not quarters, and we treat renewals as an engineering problem, not a sales one.
Four commitments we put in writing.
These aren't slogans, they're the decisions we default to when a product call is contested.
Every point tool charges you twice, once at procurement, again every time a downstream change ripples through glue code. DataByte replaces six to nine tools with one platform so you stop paying that tax.
Row-level security, PII tagging, and lineage that appear as plugins fail at audit time. DataByte ships with one RBAC model and one catalog shared by every module, from ingestion to delivery.
The agents that ship with the platform are the same ones our customers use in production. They build pipelines, diagnose failures, and answer questions over live data, not a curated sandbox.
We put engineers in sales calls, write the documentation ourselves, and publish what we are good at, and where we are not, in plain language.
Three regions, one engineering team.
Product and engineering are led from India; customer success and solution engineering operate from Singapore and the United States. Data residency follows your region, not ours.
